The organization said that an official of the Japanese Defense Ministry would tour south Korea to explain its military authorities about the security legislation and schedule the ministerial-level talks.

It is self-evident that Japan's moves to revive militarism and turn itself into a military giant is designed to reinvade the Korean Peninsula and mount an illegal preemptive attack on the DPRK, it noted.

Tightened military exchange and cooperation with Japan would put south Korea under Japan's military control, it deplored, warning that this would lead to south Korea-Japan military alliance.

It demanded the authorities stop humiliating military cooperation with Japan, express protest against Japan's moves to revive militarism and turn itself into a military giant and take over wartime operation control from the U.S. at an early date.
