In the message the president said he was very pleased to send the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the people and government of Senegal and on his own behalf on the occasion of the national day of the DPRK.

He sincerely wished the Korean people well-being and prosperity.

Rejoicing over the cooperative relations between the two countries, he reiterated his determination to make positive efforts to boost these relations.
