The statement referred to the fact that President Kim Il Sung founded the WPK, the Juche-oriented revolutionary party, without delay after the liberation of the country on the basis of full preparations for the founding of the party in the days of the anti-Japanese armed struggle.

Recalling that the WPK has led the Korean people to victory in their struggle for building a new country, winning victory in the Fatherland Liberation War, the postwar rehabilitation and construction and socialist construction under the leadership of Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, the statement went on:

The Korean people are having at the top post of the WPK Marshal Kim Jong Un who is identical to the great leaders and successfully carrying forward their idea and cause.

Kim Jong Un formulated Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the guiding idea of the WPK.

Rosy is the future of the WPK founded and developed by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and led by Kim Jong Un.
