In the message the Syrian president extended the sincere and the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the friendly Korean people on behalf of the Syrian Arab people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 70th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

He hoped Kim Jong Un would always enjoy good health and happiness and the Korean people achieve bigger progress and prosperity.

He expressed the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would as ever grow strong in the interests of the two friendly countries thanks to their common efforts on this honorable occasion.
