Among the audience were Ri Myong Gil, chairman of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, officials concerned and agricultural workers of the district.

Agricultural workers presented dances to the tune of peasant music, recollecting with deep emotion the revolutionary exploits President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il performed by developing the WPK into the most experienced and tested guiding force and providing an eternal foundation for accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche and Songun.

They also presented cheerful and refined dances to the tune of song "Vast Expanse of Apple Orchards at the Foot of Chol Pass" dealing with great pride and honor of holding the peerlessly great men and the joy of the people living in the socialist country prospering day by day thanks to the blessings of the sun of Songun.

Members of the Jangchon Vegetable Cooperative Farm in Sadong District, Pyongyang and other cooperative farms successfully represented through their cheerful dances the joy and optimism of agricultural workers waging a dynamic drive for increased grain production.

On the same day, the 7th national peasants' dance contest among agricultural workers took place in Chongsan-ri to mark the anniversary.
