Constantin Rotaru, chairman of the Socialist Party of Romania, said President Kim Il Sung founded the WPK, a revolutionary party of broad masses guided by the Juche idea, the first of its kind in history, and provided a firm guarantee for the victorious advance of the socialist cause.

Jaroslav Kafka, chairman of the Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association, said the President founded the WPK right after the liberation of Korea on the basis of the organizational and ideological foundation for founding the party laid during the anti-Japanese armed struggle.

Benoit Quennedey, international secretary of the Radical Party of Left of France, said the WPK created a new history of the struggle for carrying out the popular masses' cause of independence and socialism under the wise leadership of Kim Il Sung.

The director of the Adita Ariya Prawira Shipping Company of Indonesia said the WPK is the only party in the world which wins absolute support and trust from the people.
