The participants laid bouquets before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in Hamhung City and paid tribute to them.

The captain and crewmen of the Cambodia-flagged ship Wenqiao were present at the meeting.

Speakers said that the WPK is shedding its rays as the most dignified and authoritative party in the world thanks to the august names of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

They noted that the WPK has developed into the party of the leader under the leadership of the peerlessly great persons, adding that it is only the DPRK which achieved the single-minded unity of the leader, party and masses.

They expressed belief that immensely bright and rosy is the future of the Korean people led by Marshal Kim Jong Un.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
