An awarding ceremony was held at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Thursday.

Andre Lohekele Kalonda, secretary general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, was awarded doctor's degree of socio-political science and Vadim Kudimin, editor-in-chief of the magazine Banner of Songun of the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions, master's degree of socio-political science in recognition of their ardent adherence and deep study and dissemination of the Juche idea and the Songun idea.
