The delegation laid a floral basket in the name of the party before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

The president of the Khmer Democratic Party said:

The WPK with a history spanning 70 years is a model of the world progressive parties as it is absolutely trusted and supported by the popular masses for having adhered to the policies and lines thoroughly reflecting the wishes and will of the people with their interests placed above all in its activities and work.

The WPK founded by Generalissimo Kim Il Sung and developed into an invincible party by Generalissimo Kim Jong Il is further demonstrating its might as a party always emerging victorious under the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the WPK.

Our Khmer Democratic Party ardently wishes to boost its solidarity with the WPK and learn from its experience and leadership method.

It is our sincere hope that only glory and victory will be in store for the WPK and the Korean people under the guidance of Kim Jong Un.
