The message paid high tribute to great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who pioneered and led the cause of Juche-oriented party building and extended eternal glory to them.

It offered highest glory and warmest thanks to Marshal Kim Jong Un who ushered in a new heyday of the WPK by carrying forward and developing their cause of party building.

It said that President Kim Il Sung's founding of the WPK marked a great event which brought about a drastic turn in carving out the destiny of the people in the motherland and overseas compatriots and opened up the era of the Workers' Party shining in the nation's history spanning 5 000 years.

It noted that leader Kim Jong Il formulated the revolutionary idea of the President as Kimilsungism and developed the WPK into an ideologically pure entity, an integral organization in which the unitary ideological system and leadership system of the leader have been thoroughly established and the mother party, which formed a harmonious whole with the popular masses and serves the people.

Marshal Kim Jong Un has brought about a new phase in building the party and carrying out the Juche revolutionary cause by holding Kim Jong Il in high esteem as eternal general secretary of the WPK and declaring the modeling of the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the supreme programme of the party, it said.

The history of Chongryon is a proud and glorious course as it gave origin to the overseas compatriots movement of Juche and demonstrated victory and dignity thanks to the outstanding idea and leadership of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu, the message said.

It expressed the resolution to make a tangible contribution to the building of a thriving socialist nation, dynamically wage the movement for national reunification, boost the good-neighborly and friendly relations with progressive personages and other Japanese so as to create circumstances and conditions favorable for the movement of Koreans in Japan on the initiative of Chongryon and contribute to developing the DPRK-Japan relations.
