The chairman of the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK in a speech said the history of the WPK is the one of its experienced and tested brilliant leadership that guided the Korean people along the only road of victory.

The exploits President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il performed by developing the WPK will be immortal, he added.

The vice-chairman of the Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Khabarovsk Territory said the WPK has led the Korean revolution and socialist construction as an invincible party. He hoped that the Korean people would celebrate with splendor the 70th founding anniversary of the WPK with bigger success and victory.

The chairman of the "Jongilbong" Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Ulyanovsk Region praised Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il for developing the WPK into a dignified and revolutionary, invincible party that achieved the single-minded unity and is absolutely supported by the popular masses.

A congratulatory message to Marshal Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting in Moscow.
