Among the participants were personages of the New Communist Party of Britain, the Revolutionary Communist Party of Britain (Marxist-Leninist), the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Korean Friendship Association UK and masses.

Dermot Hudson, chairman of the Korean Friendship Association UK, praised the WPK for having firmly defended and realized the demand and interests of the popular masses for 70 years since its foundation.

The WPK has translated the ideals and dreams of the people into realities under the guidance of supreme leader Kim Jong Un, he said, adding:

The WPK absolutely supported and trusted by the people will always emerge victorious.

Andy Brooks, general secretary of the Central Committee of the New Communist Party of Britain, said the WPK has demonstrated victory only as it has been guided by the Juche idea.

The secretary general of the Korean Friendship Association UK said the DPRK had an access to nuclear deterrent for self-defence under the leadership of the great party to cope with the nuclear threat from the U.S. imperialists, adding that the U.S. nuclear threat can no longer work on the DPRK.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
