Attending it were Kenichi Ogami, secretary general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, and other delegations and delegates of Juche idea study organizations from different countries and regions.

On hand were members of the Social Scientists Society of Korea.

The participants exchanged their achievements and experience gained in the study and dissemination of the Juche idea over the past years and discussed their future action program.
