They included a Cuban party and government delegation, a delegation of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, a delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam, congratulatory groups of Koreans in Japan and the General Association of Koreans in China and delegations of the Federation of Koreans in the U.S. and the International United Confederation of Koreans.
