The secretary general of the Bulgaria-Korea Friendship Association said that the WPK developed into the revolutionary party under the guidance of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il built the socialist power independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence in the DPRK, performing undying feats for the cause of human independence.

The general secretary of the National Union of Bank Employees in Malaysia noted that the WPK is demonstrating its might to the whole world as a powerful party, remaining unfazed despite any storm of history as it is deeply rooted among the popular masses and enjoys absolute support and trust from them.

The chairman of the Tanzanian National Coordinating Committee of the Juche Idea Study Groups stressed that the secret of the invincibility of the WPK lies in its great guiding idea, steel-like cohesion and unity and undisputed support and trust of the popular masses, praising the immortal leadership exploits of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un for party building.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting held in Bulgaria.
