Present at the reception on invitation were Yang Hyong Sop, Politburo member of the C.C., Workers' Party of Korea and vice-president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Ri Yong Chol, vice department director of the C.C., WPK, Sin Hong Chol, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, and officials concerned.

On hand were members of the delegation led by Salvador Antonio Valdes Mesa, Politburo member of the C.C., Communist Party of Cuba and vice-president of the Council of State of Cuba, and staff members of the Cuban embassy.
