Leaflets slandering the north were scattered six times and loudspeakers were deployed in other areas to continue propaganda broadcasting against the north, the speakers said, adding:

Such acts are a wanton violation of the armistice agreement and international law and are contrary to the north-south declarations.

They urged the chief executive to make a bold decision to dismantle the loudspeakers and the "government" authorities to institute a law to stop the leaflet-scattering operation.
