The work published on Oct. 3, Juche 79 (1990) deals with the idea that the leadership of the party is the decisive guarantee for the victory of the socialist cause and clarifies the matter of developing the Workers' Party of Korea into the Juche-type revolutionary party and the basic way of performing the mission and duty of the party as the political body of the leadership.

A book releasing ceremony took place at the publishing house on Oct. 7.
