Present there were personages of the Mexican parliament, a Mexican party, the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Artists Union of Angola, an elevator factory of Angola, the Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in Makerere University of Uganda, the Ugandan National Executive Committee of the Pan-African Movement and masses.

The president of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said that President Kim Il Sung built the Korean-style people's democratic power, not following other's style, and firmly adhered to the line of independence in politics, self-support in economy and self-reliance in national defence, rejecting revisionism and dogmatism.

He went on:

Kim Il Sung regarded it as his motto to believe in the people as in heaven and pushed ahead with the revolution and construction by arousing the popular masses.

The DPRK could win victory only in the struggle against the imperialist allied forces' moves to stifle it as it achieved single-minded unity of the leader, party and masses.

The chairman of the Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in Makerere University of Uganda noted that the immortal leadership exploits performed by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, eternal leaders of the Korean people, for party-building are precious things from which the African countries should learn for revolutionary party building and activities.
