Russian Political Party Delegation Tours Mangyongdae

| Pyongyang, October 13 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the United Russia Party headed by Andrei Klimov, member of the Standing Committee of the General Council of the party and vice-chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Federation Council, visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung, on Tuesday. Being briefed on the revolutionary career of the President, the members of the delegation looked round the historic relics preserved at the old home in Mangyongdae with much care. The head of the delegation said that he could know well about the exploits of the President who founded the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and its origin. He added that he was deeply impressed by the fact that the Korean people were preserving the old home well so that it might contribute to educating the younger generation. The delegation also visited the Tower of the Juche Idea. |
