Inscribed on the tablet in Korean and Russian was the sentence "Generalissimo of the DPRK Comrade Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, visited the 'Vlad Khleb' Bread Factory on August 23, 2002 during his visit to the Far East Federal District of the Russian Federation."

The ceremony of unveiling the tablet was held on the spot on October 9.

Displayed there were photos of Kim Jong Il looking round the factory.

Present there were personages of the Maritime Territory Administration of Russia, the mission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in Vladivostok, Far Eastern Federal University, the Vladivostok newspaper office, Prima-Media News Service and the factory and masses.

Present there on invitation were the DPRK consul general in Vladivostok and DPRK officials working there.

Speeches were made there.

Then the tablet was unveiled.
