10 000 persons are participating in the performance.

They put on the stage such numbers as male solo and chorus "Song of Comradeship" and chorus and dance "May, the Month of Victory," orchestral music and serial songs "Under the banner of the Party".

Among the artistes are veteran singers and instrumentalists who contributed to the development of the Juche-oriented music and arts under the loving care of leader Kim Jong Il .

The festive atmosphere revved up with the cheerful music pieces presented by the Pochonbo Electronic Ensemble and the then Wangjaesan Light Music Band and artistes well-known to the Korean people.

The performance mesmerized the audience not only because they presented rich voices, perfect ensemble and sweet melodies but also because they truthfully represented the profound yearning for Kim Jong Il who trained and projected them with a lot of efforts.
