The national leader in the message said he extended the warmest congratulations and fraternal greetings to Kim Jong Un on behalf of all the members of the Workers' Party of Mexico and its supporters and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 70th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The message expressed conviction that under the wise guidance of Kim Jong Un the WPK would grow stronger day by day and certainly achieve the historic cause of building a thriving nation as desired by the great President Kim Il Sung and the great leader Kim Jong Il.

It expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties would invariably develop, sincerely wishing Kim Jong Un greater success in his noble work.
