On display at the exhibition house were tens of thousands of potted immortal flowers in full bloom. It drew an endless stream of visitors every day.

Present at the closing ceremony were Kim Ki Nam, Yang Hyong Sop, officials of the exhibition organizing committee and the army and society who displayed the flowers of the sun, members of the societies for disseminating and supporting the immortal flowers, a congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan, a congratulatory group of the General Association of Koreans in China and delegations of overseas compatriots and overseas Koreans and foreign guests.

The results of the jury were announced.

Certificates of the exhibition were awarded to units and their officials and participants who proved successful at the exhibition.

They also went to the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and former unconverted long-term prisoners.

Kim Chang Do, chairman of the Korea Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Committee, made a closing address.
