The chairman in the message extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to all the Korean people on the occasion of the 70th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea, the significant day, on behalf of "A Just Russia", a political party, and on his own behalf.

Throughout the history of the DPRK, the WPK has achieved social unity on the road of building a modern and developed socialist state and aroused the people of the DPRK to perform labor feats and devotedly serve the country, the message said.

Even under the present complicated situation the WPK is successfully attaining the goals set forth in various fields including socio-economy and culture, it noted, and continued:

"A Just Russia" maintains normal relations with the WPK and will further develop such relations.

The message wished Kim Jong Un and all the Korean people peace, greater success and prosperity.
