The work published on Oct. 3, Juche 79 (1990) clarifies the idea that the party's leadership is a sure guarantee for the victory of the socialist cause and deals with the issue of developing the Workers' Party of Korea into the Juche-type revolutionary party and clarifies basic ways for the party to fulfill its mission and duty as a political leadership body.
