Foreign Party Delegations, Personages Pay Congratulatory Visits to DPRK Missions

Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- Delegations of political parties and personages from all walks of life in different countries paid congratulatory visits to the DPRK missions in their countries from Oct. 7 to 10 on the occasion of the 70th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK). They included a delegation of the Uganda National Resistance Movement, a delegation of the Pakistan People's Party, the leader of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (United Marxist-Leninist), the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), the leader of the Nepal Communist Party (United), the chairman of the Nepalese Association for Supporting the Songun Politics, the chairman of the Nepalese Committee for Promotion of Reunification of Korea, the chairman of the Hungarian Workers' Party, the general secretary of the Workers' Party of DR Congo, the chairman of the DR Congo-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association, and other personages. They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and photos of the great leaders standing together and paid tribute to them. The director of the Secretariat of the Uganda National Resistance Movement said that Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il were elder statesmen of the world who made contributions to the building of a revolutionary party. The director of the Central Secretariat of the Pakistan People's Party said he was convinced that the Korean people would surely build a thriving socialist nation as desired by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il under the guidance of the WPK led by First Secretary Kim Jong Un. |
