The general secretary in his message extended warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 70th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea on behalf of the Congolese Party of Labor and President Denis Sassou-Nguesso and on his own behalf.

The beautiful DPRK has made very remarkable development in the work for wellbeing and prosperity of its people under the leadership of the WPK, the message said.

It reaffirmed the will of the Congolese Party of Labor to strengthen the relations of friendship, cooperation and solidarity between the two parties and the two peoples.
