Present there were Ri Hyok, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Medical Association of Korea, officials, doctors, researchers and teachers in the field of public health, experts on neurosurgery of different countries and overseas Korean medical scientists.

Ro Yong Han, chairman of the Neurosurgery Committee of the Medical Association of Korea, made an opening address to be followed by congratulatory speeches.

The participants heard a series of valuable papers.

Speakers explained the theoretical and practical issues arising in neurosurgery development and advanced research achievements and experience gained in the course of introducing latest science and technology into clinical practice.
