The tournament brought together more than 60 disabled persons and 600 amateurs and tens of overseas compatriots and foreigners staying in the DPRK.

Divided into disabled and amateurs groups, it was held in singles and doubles.

In the disabled group Pak Jong Ho, a resident from Pyongyang, came first in singles while An Hyo Jong and Jon Tae Hyok, residents from North Phyongan Province, finished first in the doubles played by the disabled and amateurs in pair.

Cups and medals were awarded to the winners at the closing ceremony of the tournament.
