S. Korean Authorities Accused of Obstructing NGOs Exchange

Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) -- The Youth and Students Headquarters of the South Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration released a statement on Oct. 22 denouncing the south Korean authorities for obstructing the NGOs exchange between the north and the south.

The statement said that the youth and students in the south positively hail the joint press release of the south-north high-level urgent contact which agreed to energize NGOs exchange in various fields and are working to carry it out.

It demanded the authorities stop the unreasonable control over NGOs exchange and ensure the exchange of people of all social standings according to the south-north agreement.
