The Oct. 6th issue of the Zimbabwean newspaper Herald carried an article titled "Congratulations on the 70th founding anniversary of the WPK" illustrated with a photo of supreme leader Kim Jong Un making a speech.

The article said:

The WPK is guided by Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

As a result, it has grown strong to be an ideological pure entity fully equipped with the Juche idea and Songun idea and demonstrated its might as a powerful party which has consistently adhered to the revolutionary principle despite all tests of history.

This is one of the important factors that enabled the WPK to invariably hold high the banner of socialism without any slightest vacillation and deviation despite the imperialist allied forces' vicious moves to isolate and stifle the DPRK in the closing years of the last century.

The Oct. 25th issue of DR Congolese newspaper L'Avenir said in its article titled "The WPK and building of a thriving nation" illustrated with a photo of Kim Jong Un standing on the tribune of honor of Kim Il Sung Square that the Korean people are more dynamically pushing forward the building of a thriving nation full of faith in victory under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The Thai Xing San Daily carried an article titled "70 years of leading the people" accompanied with a photo of smiling President Kim Il Sung on Oct. 10.

Saying that the WPK has always led the Korean people to victories, weathering all sorts of difficulties and trials for 70 years since its founding, the paper stressed that the WPK would only demonstrate victory and glory in the future, too.
