The statement said:

The south Korean chief executive made public the so-called "joint statement on the north" with the U.S. president during her recent junket to the U.S.

She impudently let loose a string of cock-and-bull stories about the "nuclear weapons and human rights issue of the north".

The U.S. master and his south Korean colonial servant decided to boost "cooperation for coping with the north's provocation," blustering that they "will not recognize the DPRK as a nuclear weapons state".

They also decided to "further ratchet up the sanctions" against the DPRK.

Her mean act of begging her U.S. master to further tighten the sanctions against the fellow countrymen in the north is nothing but flattery and submission to the enemies of the DPRK and act of treachery.

The above-said joint statement issued by the south Korean chief executive and the U.S. president is little short of a declaration of war against the DPRK.

Through the above-said behavior the U.S. clearly proved that it does not want the conclusion of a peace treaty with the DPRK but seeks only a war.
