On this occasion the DPRK people recall the feats President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il performed to glorify the 5 000-year-long history of the Korean nation.

Under their guidance, the Mausoleum of King Tangun was unearthed and it was ascertained that Tangun was not a mythical being but the ancestral father of the nation, who founded Ancient Korea.

The unearthing led to have a proper understanding of the first state of Korea.

Mausoleums of kings Tangun, Tongmyong and Wang Kon were also splendidly reconstructed in the DPRK.

The long history of the Korean nation is now shining under the guidance of supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

Guided by him, the Pyongyang Folklore Park, lively picturing the Korean nation's heritages and customs, was successfully built.
