The statement rapped the U.S. for staging a large-scale joint marine drill with the south Korean puppet forces after bringing nuclear carrier Ronald Reagan to the waters off Pusan.

It said;

The U.S. conducted such war drill after the DPRK made a historic proposal for concluding a peace treaty.

It is reacting to the voice for peace, reason and justice with saber-rattling and war threat. This is sparking great uproar.

It is threatening its dialogue partner with nuclear weapons while hypocritically talking about the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

The fair-minded people of the world clearly understand that the DPRK wants peace but the U.S. a war.

The durable peace on the Korean Peninsula can be achieved only through the conclusion of a peace treaty.

The statement urged the U.S. to roll back its hostile policy toward the DPRK and conclude a peace treaty with it.
