It brought together teachers, researchers and postgraduates of the university. The presentation was divided into 8 panels including measuring analysis panel, basic science panel and new material panel, and exhibition into four panels including IT panel and machine panel.

The participants heard at least 160 papers dealing with latest scientific research achievements. Displayed at the exhibition were more than 120 ultra-modern technological products conducive to developing economy and improving the people's living standard.
