The message expressed belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger thanks to common efforts and sincerely wished the president and the government of Algeria bigger successes in their efforts for consolidating the national unity and political stability and achieving the country's development and prosperity, as well as his good health and happiness.
