Shutdown of U.S. Firing Range Demanded in S. Korea

Pyongyang, November 3 (KCNA) -- Residents of Phochon held a candlelight rally near the Yongphyong Firing Range of U.S. forces in Phochon, Kyonggi Province, south Korea on Oct. 28 in demand of the halt to the military exercise for aggression and shutdown of their firing range, according to the south Korean Yonhap News.

The participants honored the memory of those who fell victim to the war exercises of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces over the past several decades.

Speakers at the rally urged the U.S. to halt the military drill at once and close the Yongphyong Firing Range.
