The People's Action for Peace against War and other civic and public organizations held a joint press conference around Chongwadae.

The organizations condemned the chief executive for pushing forward talks with the Japanese prime minister though she failed to seek solution to the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army.

Meanwhile, organizations for national movement, organizations for settling the issue of the past history and other organizations held a press conference outside the "government" building.

They voiced opposition to the talks on behalf of the nation as they do not settle the basic issues such as the past crimes committed by Japan.
