Among the audience were Pak Chun Nam, minister of Culture, Hong Kyong Ho, director of the Yun I Sang Music Institute, officials concerned, creators, artistes, teachers and students in the fields of stage art and art education and Pyongyangites.

The concert began with a pianoforte quintet "Oh, We Long for You". The performers made the use of musical expression of "Halo around the Moon", one of the lyric songs composed by Yun in the early period of his activities, and chamber symphony No. 2.

The concert was highly acclaimed by the audience for its successful combination of characteristics of folk music with modern aesthetic sense.
