Present there were Kim Yong Jin, vice-premier of the Cabinet; Kim Yong Hun, minister of Physical Culture and Sports; Ri Jong Mu, general of the Korean People's Army; officials concerned, players, coaches and their family members.

Kim Yong Jin, in a speech congratulated Ri Se Gwang on making the DPRK's flag hoisted in the championships, pleasing Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Ri Se Gwang could win a gold medal at the championships entirely thanks to Kim Jong Un who showed deep loving care for the sportspersons, he said.

He called upon all the sportspersons to exalt the honor of the country in all international games.

Ri Se Gwang in his reply speech renewed his will to fully display the spirit and honor of the country in international games.
