The message said the Korean people are sincerely rejoiced over the great achievements made by the Cambodian people in their work for defending the sovereignty of the country and achieving its prosperity under the leadership of the king.

The message expressed belief that traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger, sincerely wishing the king good health and happiness.
