Victims of Sexual Slavery Slam Authorities' Inhuman Acts

| Pyongyang, November 11 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Kyunghyang Daily News on Nov. 9 disclosed the inhuman act of the south Korean authorities in an article titled "Government cuts off living allowances of aged comfort women". The article accused the Ministry of Health and Welfare of informing local autonomous bodies of the decision to suspend the subsidies while talking about "double payment" on Nov. 8. The authorities are threatening the local autonomous bodies that the continued payment of subsidies would not be helpful to handling affairs, it noted. The "government's" action would deal another serious blow to the victims, it deplored. |
