According to Ri Tong Jun, secretary of the Horse Riding Association, schoolchildren at the age of 12-15 are allowed to attend the riding course, held between April and October every year.

During the course, its trainees get theoretical and practical education on how to ride and keep a horse, anti-epizootic knowledge and other matters.

The course turned out its first-term graduates at the end of October. At least 20 of the trainees received a certificate of horseman.
