Present there from the DPRK side were O Kum Chol, vice-chief of the KPA General Staff, and generals and officers of the KPA and from the opposite side members of the delegation of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation led by First Vice Chief of General Staff Nikolai Bogdanovski and Alexei Bartusov, military attache of the Russian embassy here.

At the talks, both sides exchanged views on the issue of developing the traditional friendly relations between the armies of the two countries and issues of mutual concern.

On the same day the KPA General Staff gave a reception in honor of the Russian delegation.
