S. Korean "Saenuri Party" Representative's Anti-DPRK Remarks Slammed

Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- Representative of south Korean "Saenuri Party" Kim Mu Song in a special lecture on Nov. 9 blustered that defeat in the showdown over the introduction of "state-compiled" history textbook will lead to a ruin and queried how north Koreans will think of us if we lose in it. He went the lengths of even talking hoarse about the "end" of someone, recalling the collapse of socialist countries in Eastern Europe. Minju Joson Saturday in a commentary says: It is something resentful that Kim Mu Song openly disclosed his ambition for escalating the confrontation of social systems, being buoyed by his wild dream. What he uttered is nothing but a despicable trick to seek a way out, the commentary notes, and goes on: In fact, it is the conservative ruling forces themselves who are precipitating their own ruin. A clear proof of it is their rapidly sinking position as they have had their back turned on the people from the very day they came to power. This time the conservative ruling forces are digging deeper their graves by moving to introduce "state-compiled" history textbook. Needless to say, if this thing is allowed to go on, the conservative ruling forces will meet their ruin earlier, far from realizing their ambition for staying in power. Kim Mu Song who eyes the post of "president" for the next term floated the story of the "forces following the north" as a stopgap measure for tiding over the unfavorable situation. His talk about the "forces following the north" can never become a step-stone for the top class pro-U.S. lackey in coming to power. We warn Kim once again he will not be able to find any place to be buried on this land, far from seeking "presidency," if he pays no heed to our warnings. |
