Anniversary of Establishment of Diplomatic Ties between DPRK and Poland, Polish Independence Day Marked

Pyongyang, November 17 (KCNA) -- There took place a film show at the Chollima Hall of Culture Tuesday to mark the 67th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the DPRK and Poland and the anniversary of Polish independence in the joint name of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, Polish embassy here and the DPRK-Poland Friendship Association.

Present there were Ryu Kyong Il, vice-chairman of the DPRK-Poland Friendship Association, officials concerned, working people in the city, Polish Charge d'Affaires ad Interim Dariusz Pawlik and staff members of the Polish embassy here.

Also present there were diplomatic envoys and representatives of the international bodies here.

At the film show speeches were made first.

Participants watched a Polish feature film.
