S. Korean Farmers' Organizations Denounce Police's Brutal Suppression

| Pyongyang, November 19 (KCNA) -- The Federation of Peasants Associations, the Federation of Women Peasants Associations and the Catholic Peasants Association of south Korea held a press conference outside the Police Agency building on November 16 in protest against the fascist police's brutal suppression of the all-out people's action, according to south Korean internet newspaper Voice of People. The fascist police brutally suppressed people from all walks of life who turned out in the all-out people's action in Seoul on Nov. 14 by indiscriminately firing tear liquid at the masses. This crackdown left many people wounded. The organizations in the press conference urged the chief executive to make an apology to the people for the bestial suppression and dismiss the chief of the Police Agency. They warned that they would continue the action at any sacrifice and develop it into popular resistance. |
