During its stay the delegation visited the Pyongyang Cosmetics Factory, Hungnam Industrial Zone and several factories and enterprises in Hamhung. Meetings were held with various companies covering sectors like agriculture, food processing, textile, education, science and technology.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Korea Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation Committee and OAV as an effort to foster business exchange among DPRK and German companies and to develop mutual economic cooperation.
