Family members of peasant Paek Nam Gi who is now in a critical condition after being hit by water cannon firing at the time of Nov. 14 all-out people's action filed a suit with the prosecution against the criminals on the suspicion of murder.

Querying how can the "government" or police exist while disregarding the lives and safety of the people, the editorial held that the use of water cannon should be halted at once.
